Alright, let's talk. Grab a martini (or two)
Ciao my fellow readers. My name is Bella and I live in the epicentre of fashion and hustle, otherwise known as Manhattan. I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics and Italian Langauge. I eat and breathe fashion and runway, and I drink martinis on the reg.
Anna Wintour once said that fashion can be intimidating, uncomfortable even. While I don't disagree, I find inherent beauty in the discomfort. Fashion is whatever you want it to be so long as you do it with confidence. And if you have to fake it, at least do it until you make it.
Eighteen hours in Paris? Done. Twenty-four hours in Copenhagen? Meet you in Nyhaven. The unknown becomes known and strangers become stories. Transience is engrained in my being and my soul, which is why I am here to share my travel and style tips that I've picked up along the way.
I've found music to be the best way to share pieces of myself. Wake up with Kaytranada, lunch over Danish rap, make dinner to Angèle and toss in literally anything in between. And as a southerner, I of course have to throw in some down south tunes.
I created this blog with the aim to provide some levity, relatability, humor, if you will, to this arduous yet fabulous gift of life. You don’t have to be mid-twenties, single, female, American, young, old, nor a resident of New York city to be welcome here.
